Cris and Trevor Draper, Scott Davis, Matt Westrich are in studio. Matt is in studio to talk about the Old School Rock Crawl, a charity event going on down at the Delta County Fair Ground this weekend with proceeds going to help protect public lands for OHV use and keeping our public lands open. Bill Fenimore, Key Note Speaker at the Great Salt Lake Bird Festival joins us for a look at some of the fantastic opportunities to get out and do a little bird watching and have some fun. Lori Lee will join us for Lori's Mountain Report for a look at a few local trails to get out along the Wasatch area, this week is the Davis County area. We thought with Mother's Day we would look at a few hikes that are great for Mom's and Kids alike! Adams Canyon is a great place to start, and is one of the more popular trails in the Davis County area with it featuring waterfalls. Bonniville Shoreline Trail is another great place with a total 280 proposed trails in the system, and 100 miles done now, it follows the old Great Salt Lake's ancient shoreline that is visible along the mountain here in the Metropolitan areas. We also talk about how you can get involved with maintaining and improving these trails for us all!
